Responsibilities

• Commission Security Systems (Intruder Alarms, Access Control Systems and CCTV) to the relevant industry standards with exceptional customer service and industry-leading technical knowledge.
• Identify and rectify problems before they occur.
• Work within a high-performing team, focusing on a geographical region; opportunities to work for a market-leading brand with career opportunities locally, nationally and globally.

• Provide excellent customer service to exceed the expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers.
• To service the appropriate devices, working safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, and the loss of unused materials.
• Ensuring your time is managed efficiently and jobs are prioritised correctly.

Qualifications

• Experience within Fire & Security industry
• Driving license
• Ability to lift and climb ladders
• Had or have previous experience working in a customer facing environment
