The Role

Working alongside experienced pastry chefs, you will assist in the preparation and presentation of a wide range of desserts, pastries, breads, afternoon tea items, and special occasion creations served throughout the hotel.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the preparation of pastries, desserts, breads and petits fours
• Maintaining exceptional standards of food quality and presentation
• Ensuring all food hygiene and health & safety standards are met
• Supporting the pastry team during service
• Learning and developing new techniques and skills within a luxury environment
• Maintaining a clean and organised workstation

About You

• Previous experience within a professional kitchen is desirable
• A genuine passion for pastry and baking
• Eagerness to learn and develop your culinary skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Positive attitude and excellent work ethic
