As Commis Pastry Chef, you'll support the pastry team across preparation, baking, and service. You'll be involved in producing desserts, and a range of baked goods, ensuring consistency, freshness, and attention to detail in everything you do. This role is a great opportunity to develop your skills while working alongside an experienced and creative pastry team.

Who we are looking for:

• Pastry experience is a bonus but not essential
• Genuine interest in pastry and a willingness to learn both classic and modern techniques
• Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and the structure of a professional kitchen rota
• Reliable, organised, and eager to develop confidence and speed in a high-quality environment
