Job Description
City Cruises UK, part of the Hornblower Group, operates dining and sightseeing cruises in London. We are seeking a Commis Chef De Partie to support the kitchen team on our fleet of dining boats in London, delivering meals to a high standard in a fast-paced environment.
You will prep ingredients, perform daily production, maintain a spotless workstation, follow Head Chef specifications, and assist with stock rotation to minimise waste.
