As Commis Chef you will work alongside experienced chefs in a busy, high quality kitchen environment, developing your skills and gaining invaluable experience using the finest local Scottish produce. The Commis Chef will be a keen learner, eager to grow and progress within a supportive kitchen brigade.

AsCommis Chef you will work across all sections, building your technical ability and understanding of a professional kitchen operation.
