Commis Chef - Highland Hotel & Restaurant - Glencoe

A Commis Chef position is available at a celebrated Highland hotel and restaurant in Glencoe, offered on a permanent basis.

• Salary: £32,000 per annum
• Share of tips: approximately £4,000 per annum
• Live-in accommodation available

The kitchen operates at a high standard, providing invaluable experience within a supportive brigade. The working pattern involves typical hotel service hours, including weekends.

As Commis Chef you will work alongside experienced chefs in a busy, high quality kitchen environment, developing your skills and gaining invaluable experience using the finest local Scottish produce. The Commis Chef will be a keen learner, eager to grow and progress within a supportive kitchen brigade. As Commis Chef you will work across all sections, building your technical ability and understanding of a professional kitchen operation.

The ideal Commis Chef will have a genuine passion for food and a strong work ethic, ready to embrace the experience of living and working in the Scottish Highlands.
