We're looking for a reliable and motivated Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen at Lands' End, Cornwall.

Our food is rooted in modern British cooking, combining fine dining quality with a more relaxed, approachable style. We focus on seasonal; locally sourced Cornish produce and serve a wide range of guests throughout the day.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in consistency, and likes the structure of early starts and earlier finishes.

What you'll be doing:

Running breakfast service from start to finish
Preparing and cooking a range of breakfast and brunch dishes
Managing your section independently and efficiently
Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
Supporting prep for later services where required
Supporting our pantry crew to help assist set ups

What we're looking for:

Experience in a similar role or a strong chef ready to step into it
Ability to work independently and manage your own section
Good organisation and time management skills
A positive, reliable attitude
Interest in working with fresh, seasonal produce
Bringing ideas to the table and developing our breakfast offering
