About the role

As Commis Chef of the Kitchen Brigade at 11 Cadogan Gardens Hotel - the only Relais and Chateaux property in London - you are the reason why our guests keep coming back for more. Our chefs work as part of a team to impress our guests, creating unforgettable experiences and exceeding expectations from breakfast right through dinner, ensuring every guest wants to return.

Responsibilities

• Take pride in delivering high standards of specified work which include breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service and private dining, assisting in the preparation and service of food for guests and staff under the supervision of the senior chefs.
• Prepare, cook and serve food delegated as your responsibility.
• Be passionate about serving the highest possible quality and ensuring this is maintained.
• Understand the importance of Health and Safety and Food Safety Policies and adhere to those at all times.
• Proactively contribute to kitchen maintenance and cleaning, ensuring your section remains spotless through service and beyond.
• Demonstrate interest in training and development opportunities, sharing knowledge, passion and pride as part of the hospitality industry.
