The Standard Inn is a much-loved Cornish pub overlooking the stunning Roseland Peninsula. Under the ownership of Simon Stallard (The Hidden Hut), we are passionate about simple, seasonal food done exceptionally well - celebrating Cornwall's incredible larder, local suppliers, and coastal heritage.We are building a strong, talented kitchen team and are looking for an experienced, driven chef to join us full-time.

The Role

We're seeking q commis Chef who:

Has experience in a fresh-food kitchen
Understands seasonality and local sourcing
Thrives in a busy, quality-led pub environment
Takes pride in consistency, presentation, and teamwork

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with high-quality Cornish produce in a supportive, ambitious kitchen with real scope to grow.
