Your Role as Commis ChefWork with the freshest seafood, preparing ingredients and cooking alongside experienced chefs.
- Learn and develop essential culinary skills, from knife work to plating dishes
- Support your team to keep service running smoothly in a fast paced environment
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety
