• Preparing ingredients for service to the required standard, ensuring no wastage.
• Meticulously ensuring all special requests made by our guests are met.
• Preparing dishes to the required specifications and getting involved in the ongoing conversation about how we can continue to improve.
• Ensuring all goods are stored correctly and hygienically in accordance with HACCP specifications.
