Job Description

You will join the kitchen brigade. You enjoy preparing mise en place for all relevant menus ahead of service, ensuring all areas of the kitchen are always clean and hazard free. You support the Chefs de Partie with preparing and presenting high quality dishes and achieve all departmental targets.
