Role Overview

A bit about what you will do

• Assisting the Chef de Partie with preparation of mise en place and cooking food to the required high standards.
• Preparing dishes so they are ready for guests at the right time, in line with brand standards.
• Ensuring equipment and workspaces are kept clean and tidy and in line with food hygiene requirements.
