Commis Chef

Part time commis chef position at The Rock Point, a scenic inn located on Lyme Regis harbour.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of food.
• Work as part of the kitchen team, ensuring correct procedures are followed.
• Ensure each dish meets specifications precisely.

• Well organised, adaptable, with a genuine passion for the role.
• Take pride in delivering a consistent, high quality food offering.
• Combine product knowledge with a practical understanding of daily operations in a busy kitchen.
