Your Role as Commis Chef

Work with the freshest seafood, preparing ingredients and cooking alongside experienced chefs.

• Learn and develop essential culinary skills, from knife work to plating dishes
• Support your team to keep service running smoothly in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety
• Be part of a supportive, team-focused kitchen, where learning and growth are encouraged
