Commis Chef . Our client based at this luxury venue in the Melton Mowbray area is recruiting a Commis Chef to become part of their hard working brigade. This is an opportunity to join a superb hotel that has a fresh a lar carte restaurant and more relaxed bar/lounge as well as functions. The Role

• Working in the kitchen preparing meals for lunches, buffetts, functions and dinner
• Assisting the Senior Chefs
• Working in the Hotel restaurant kitchen using fresh produce to high standards

The Person

• Already working as a Commis Chef
• Experience of working with fresh food in busy kitchen
