Commis Chef - Zero Hours

Overview

We at Mokoko, based in the south west, and are located in the areas of Bath, Bristol and Portishead. Everything we do is made by hand each day in front of our customers. The simplest is often the most beautiful and that approach is reflected in our menu which focuses on hand made viennoiserie and naturally leavened breads.

We have a new opportunity in our Newarks Workstore, alond the riverside in Bath.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Head Pastry Chef, you would be responsible for the preparation of the daily lunch menu.
• Prepare the fresh fillings.
• Cut sourdough sandwiches.
• Cut cakes, etc.

Work Patterns

We encourage a healthy work life balance so our working patterns are based on a five day, starting from 6:00am or later depending on the specific role.
