Job Description
Highland Hotel & Restaurant in Glencoe is seeking a Commis Chef for a permanent, full-time role. You will work in a high-standard kitchen, under experienced chefs, across all sections and with local Scottish produce.
The position offers a salary of £32,000 per annum plus a share of tips around £4,000, with live-in accommodation available. Weekend hotel service hours provide valuable experience in a supportive brigade.
