The Botanical Rooms at The Newt in Somerset is seeking a Commis Chef to join a contemporary British fine-dining concept on the estate. You will learn under senior chefs, assist across kitchen sections, and develop skills in a busy 60-cover restaurant backed by Gardens and seasonal produce.
