Commercial TMT (Outsourcing) Lawyer

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a driven Associate to join a global firm in its TMT (Outsourcing) practice. The team advises clients around the world on all phases of outsourcing, from initial strategy and vendor selection to contract negotiation and implementation, including IT outsourcing, Business Process Outsourcing, Shared Services and Global Delivery Models, and carve-out transactions

Experience required:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Be between 2-3 years PQE within a leading TMT outsourcing team.
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree
