The Role

You will advise domestic and international clients on a broad mix of complex commercial and technology driven matters, including:

• Strategic sourcing and large scale outsourcing arrangements
• Complex commercial contracts and cross border framework agreements
• Technology transactions and digital transformation projects
• IP focused commercialisation and licensing matters
• Data protection and regulatory compliance advisory work
• Multi jurisdictional projects alongside global colleagues

You will work directly with international client teams and partners across multiple offices, with genuine exposure to global mandates and cross border deal flow from day one.

Candidate Profile
