THE ROLEWe are a fast-paced and dynamic company that values innovation, teamwork, and excellence.
Our office and field-based customer facing team drives revenue growth in business by establishing, building and maintaining excellent customer relationships and providing our customers with class leading service and working capital and end user finance solutions.
You'll join the Revenue team with responsibility for ensuring that DFC's CRM system (SalesForce) is used consistently across the Commercial team and look for ways to continually improve the application of SalesForce to suit the ever-changing needs of the Bank. You'll also support the team in ensuring DFC's Asset Finance penetration is maximised through making sure that information on the CRM surrounding Dealer enrolment, introductions and conversions is properly recorded and available to the team, providing insights as appropriate. You'll support activities to continually develop the proposition based on feedback, working with Operations and Credit colleagues as required.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Working with the Commercial Teams to maximise revenues from Asset Finance introductions
- SalesForce SME on the Commercial Teams
- Proactively seek, collate and enable the bank to act on feedback to continually improve the Asset Finance offering
- Ensure that colleagues across the team are aware of the requirements for good record keeping and provide information to support the wider leadership in maintaining high standards
- Support continuous improvement in the CRM system
- Support with projects as required

Must possess required proficiency to perform essential tasks.
You will have experience in, and examples of:
- Strong experience in originating consumer lending
- Proven track record in building a portfolio of active consumer finance introducers
- Have strong experience of leading teams and influencing leaders of other teams
- You will have strong influencing skills and able to work well on your own and as part of a team.
- Ability to engage and build effective working relationships with colleagues across all areas of the business.
- You will have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You will be flexible and dynamic in your approach to winning business.
- You're independent and well organised with a 'can do' attitude.
- You are hardworking and passionate about achieving great results.
