Job Description

The Commercial Solicitor will be:

• Advising on a wide range of B2B and B2C commercial contracts
• Drafting and negotiating NDAs, terms & conditions and joint ventures
• Supporting clients on IT, technology and data protection matters
• Working closely with clients across manufacturing, supply, distribution and tech sectors
• Managing matters autonomously with appropriate supervision

The Successful Applicant

The Commercial Solicitor should be:

• A solicitor or equivalent with 3+ years' PQE in commercial law
• Experienced in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
• Confident advising on IT, technology and data protection issues
• Commercially minded with strong client-facing skills
• Able to manage a varied caseload efficiently
