Job Description

The Commercial Solicitor will:

• Advise on a wide range of commercial contracts, including trading agreements, IT contracts, IP and franchising as well as other matters
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Collaborate with colleagues across different sectors

The Successful Applicant

The Commercial Solicitor should have:

• A strong grounding in commercial law, ideally with 2+ years' PQE or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrable experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
