Commercial Service Advisor

Our client, a reputable commercial vehicle dealership in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, is seeking a skilled Commercial Service Advisor to join their established team.

Duties of a Commercial Service Advisor:

• - Prepare job cards and raise invoices in accordance with work completed and manufacturer guidelines, using Kerridge DMS and customer authorisation platforms
• - Answer customer phone calls and handle enquiries professionally
• - Assist customers at the Service Reception counter
• - Liaise with technicians and manage the workshop workload to meet customer expectations
• - Arrange service bookings and manage the diary efficiently
• - Coordinate with subcontractors to schedule work and follow up on progress
• - Keep customers informed on vehicle status, costs, and authorisations throughout the service process
• - Complete estimates accurately and efficiently
• - Ensure workshop loading is optimised by booking vehicles promptly and effectively

Requirements of a Commercial Service Advisor:

• - Proven experience within a motor trade Service Advisor role, ideally within a commercial vehicle environment
• - Excellent customer service and communication skills
• - Strong organisational and administrative capabilities
• - Ability to thrive in a busy, multitasking environment
• - Experience with Kerridge DMS advantageous
• - Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset
