Role Overview

Kearys Motor Group is looking for top calibre candidates to join its winning team. We are currently seeking to recruit a Commercial Sales Manager to join our dynamic, growing team based in Kearys Belgard, Dublin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the commercial vehicle department, driving new and used van sales, fleet growth, and overall profitability while delivering an excellent customer experience.
  • Achieve agreed sales volume, margin, and profit targets for new and used commercial vehicles.
  • Develop and grow fleet, SME, and owner operator business.
  • Manage stock levels, pricing, trade ins, and ordering.
  • Build strong relationships with key fleet and business customers.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer, SIMI, and regulatory standards.
  • Report on department performance and KPIs to senior management.
Role Requirements
  • Proven commercial vehicle sales experience.
  • Strong commercial acumen and team leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of fleet, finance, and commercial vehicle taxation (VAT/BIK).
  • Customer service excellence mindset with conflict resolution abilities.
  • Full clean driving licence.
