Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Salary: £25,000 - £45,000 per annum (base salary + uncapped commission)
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm (office based)

Noble Recruiting is working with an award winning insurance broker who is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Sales Executive to join their growing team in Chelmsford.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven insurance professional with strong product knowledge and a consultative approach to sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, advising on a range of commercial insurance products
• Proactively identifying new sales and lead opportunities
• Contacting leads to discuss suitable insurance products and coverage options
• Negotiating terms and working closely with underwriters to secure the best possible outcomes for clients
• Maintaining a high level of industry and market knowledge
• Managing client queries, including renewals and policy related questions
• Ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met
• Supporting the wider team with ad hoc duties as required

• Proven experience within commercial insurance sales
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products
• Confident communicator with the ability to build long lasting client relationships
• Results driven with a professional and customer focused approach
