A leading Irish law firm with a top-tier, nationally and internationally ranked Commercial Real Estate practice, one of the largest real estate teams in the state, is hiring at Associate or Senior Associate level for their team.

Real estate has become a key investment asset class in Ireland, with the market now operating at international scale and complexity. This team advises across the full range of transactions and sectors, including green energy and infrastructure, and is known for acting on some of the most significant, high-value real estate deals in the market - including major city-centre redevelopment schemes valued well over €1 billion, landmark build-to-rent and PRS platform transactions, and headline disposals and forward sales involving global investors and multinational occupiers.

This is a highly collegiate, high-performance team with dedicated senior professional support lawyers and strong bench strength at legal executive and junior level, alongside a genuine emphasis on technical training and career development.

What we're looking for: qualified solicitor in Ireland or another common law jurisdiction; 3+ years' PQE in commercial real estate; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong academic record with demonstrated sector experience.
