Job Description

• Manage commercial property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Support residential property matters and assist with property litigation and corporate transactions.
• Supervise junior lawyers and conveyancers.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship initiatives.
• Participate in internal knowledge sharing and external brand-building activities.

The Successful Applicant

• 4-6 years' PQE (Jersey, UK, or Commonwealth qualified).
• Solid experience in commercial property; Jersey property exposure is a strong advantage.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• A collaborative, proactive approach and a commercial mindset.
• Proven ability to delegate, supervise, and motivate others.
• Tech-savvy and methodical in your work.
