Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ-5PQE)

Accuflex has a great opportunity for a talented and motivated Solicitor (NQ up to 5 years PQE) with experience in Commercial Property to join our client, a long-established regional law firm, in Cumbria.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial sales and acquisitions.
• Landlord and tenant matters (leases, renewals, surrenders).
• Commercial refinancing.
• Acting for developer clients on plot sales.
• Providing risk-based legal advice to business clients.

Required Experience:

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales).
• Experience in commercial property transactions.
• Strong understanding of landlord and tenant law.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
