Commercial Property Solicitor

A highly regarded Legal 500 law firm in Manchester is seeking to recruit a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team.

This is a modern, client-focused commercial law firm with offices across the North West and London. Known for its expertise in commercial property, corporate, employment, insolvency and litigation, the firm combines high-quality legal advice with a personable, no-nonsense approach and has earned Lexcel accreditation for excellence in practice management and client care.

The firm is looking for a candidate with 0-3 years' PQE who has ideally gained solid experience within a Real Estate team post-qualification. As the successful applicant, you will be confident in handling a range of transactions, with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team. Direct client exposure is an important part of the role, so strong client care skills and sound technical ability are essential.

The role will involve:

• Acting on a wide variety of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant and development work
• Managing an independent caseload with appropriate support
• Working closely with partners and colleagues on more complex transactions
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Candidate requirements:

• 0-3 years' PQE in Commercial Property
• Strong technical skills with the ability to handle transactions independently
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team
