Commercial Property Solicitor (2 PQE +)

A rare mid-level opportunity with very real progression potential at thriving multi-office law firm. There is certainly room here to grow your career, within this substantial firm.

You will need a minimum of two years experience in Commercial Property matters, including Landlord and Tenant, Leasehold and Freehold transactions, Property Finance, Land Acquisition and Developments. Some residential experience would also be valued here.

The role will require you to conduct and manage your own case load from initial instruction through to conclusion and to assist in marketing and business development of the department and firm. You will be dealing with all types of non-contentious real estate transactions and you will be backed by a very supportive team.

You will be encouraged to take a leading role in this branch office with a good deal of autonomy, supported by colleagues in the firm's other offices.
