A respected regional law firm inBarnsleyis looking to appoint an experiencedCommercial Property Solicitorto join its established and growing property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for aCommercial Property Solicitorwho is looking for a varied caseload, strong client contact and the opportunity to develop their career within a successful regional law firm.

You will work closely with a range of commercial clients, dealing with a broad mix of property transactions while having the autonomy to manage your own workload.

Your caseload will include:

• Commercial propertysales and purchases
• Commercial leases, including drafting and negotiation
• Commerciallandlord and tenantmatters
• Acquisition and disposal ofregistered and unregistered land
• Agricultural landtransactions
• Advising clients throughout the transaction process from initial instruction through to completion
• Negotiating documentation and providing commercially focused legal advice
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider property team

The successful candidate will be aCommercial Property Solicitorand will ideally have experience across a broad range of commercial property work.

You will have:

• Strong technical knowledge ofCommercial Property Law
• Experience managing your own commercial property caseload
• Good drafting and negotiation skills
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• A commercially focused approach to your work
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team
• The ability to commute toBarnsley
