Service Care Solutions is working with a well-established law firm with over 200 years of history , which is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its team at either its Kettering or Corby office . This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor to who is looking to progress their career to partnership level.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a large and varied caseload of commercial property matters and associated transactions.
• Develop and maintain long term relationships with the firm's established clients whilst contributing to business development.
• Assist Partners and the wider firm as required.

Key Requirements

• You must be a Solicitor (in England and Wales) with 5 or more years of PQE in Commercial Property law.
• A strong track record of outstanding billing performance.
• Excellent client relationship and business development skills.
