The Opportunity
This role is perfect for an ambitious lawyer who is looking to join a supportive and collaborative environment where they can handle high-quality commercial property work. This role also offers genuine prospects for career progression within the firm.
The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied commercial property caseload; this will be conducted both independently and also alongside experienced property lawyers when working on complex matter. The work will include but is not limited to:
• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Commercial leases and lease negotiations
• Property development transactions
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting business development and networking initiatives
About You
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives with 3+ years' PQE in Commercial Property.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience managing a commercial property caseload independently
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial property matters
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and client-focused approach
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• An interest in developing client relationships and contributing to business development activities
Experience in marketing, networking, or maintaining a following of clients would be advantageous, but is not essential.
