Service Care Solutions is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established law firm, based in the West Midlands , which is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their existing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least 6 years' experience who is looking to take the next step in their career within a successful and growing commercial property team.

Location: Walsall, Cannock or Sutton Coldfield - Agile Working

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters from start to completion.
• Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Supporting the development and growth of the wider commercial property team.

Key Requirements

• Be an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with 6 or more years' post-qualification experience.
• Experience of developing and maintaining client relationships whilst also being able to develop new business opportunities.
• Leadership or team development experience, with the ambition to help drive a successful team.
