We are delighted to be working with a leading commercial law firm in Belfast to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its highly regarded real estate team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented solicitor with 4-8 years' PQE to work on a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters for an impressive client base.

The role offers exposure to a varied mix of acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development, asset management and real estate support on corporate transactions. You will be joining an established and collaborative team with a strong reputation in the Belfast market.

The Role

You will:

• Advise on a wide range of commercial property transactions
• Handle acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development and asset management matters
• Provide real estate support on corporate transactions
• Work closely with clients, colleagues and wider transactional teams
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the team

The Person

The ideal candidate will have:

• 4-8 years' PQE in commercial property / real estate
• Strong technical experience across a variety of commercial property matters
• Experience gained within a well-regarded commercial law firm or property team
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
• A commercial, client-focused approach
• The ability to manage files independently while working collaboratively within a team
