An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join one of Northern Ireland's leading commercial law firms as a Director.

Working alongside highly respected Partners, you will advise an impressive portfolio of developers, investors, financial institutions, corporate occupiers and high-growth businesses on some of the region's most significant real estate transactions. The Role

You will lead on a broad range of complex commercial property and real estate matters, including:

• High-value acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial development and regeneration projects
• Landlord and tenant matters, including complex lease negotiations
• Property finance and secured lending transactions
• Investment acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management
• Strategic property advice for developers, investors and corporate occupiers

Working closely with colleagues across the Corporate, Banking and Construction teams, you will deliver integrated, commercially focused advice that supports clients' wider business objectives.

You will also:

• Lead major transactions from instruction through to completion
• Build and strengthen long-term client relationships
• Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities for further growth
• Mentor and develop junior lawyers within the team
• Work closely with the Partners to support the continued growth and success of the Real Estate practice

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in Commercial Property / Real Estate law
• Excellent technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial property matters
• Proven experience leading complex, high-value transactions
• Strong commercial awareness with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
• Demonstrable experience building trusted client relationships and contributing to business development
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers
• Collaborative, ambitious and committed to delivering exceptional client service
