Working closely with a very experienced Partner, the role would be to advise HNWindividuals, investors, corporate occupiers and developers throughout the full property lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal and related matters.

Matters include:

• Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property
• National commercial leases and renewals
• Asset management and investment
• Mortgages and refinancing arrangements
• Options, overage, conditional contracts and TOGCs
• Easements, covenants, adverse possession and boundary matters
• Licences
• Auction sales

About You:

• 3-6 years' PQE (guideline)
• London experience preferred, but not essential
• Client facing and credible
• Team player
• Desire to be part of a growing firm
