We are a Legal 500 and Chambers ranked practice based in Hertfordshire, seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2 4 years PQE. Salary ranges from £50,000 to £65,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Advising developers, investors, landlords, corporates, public bodies, charities, educational institutions, tenants and entrepreneurs on a broad range of commercial property matters.
• Managing a varied caseload including landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and disposals, investment transactions, property development and secured lending.
• Providing independent legal advice and managing matters from initial assessment to completion.
• Collaborating with senior lawyers, contributing to business development activities and supporting the mentoring and development of junior team members.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE in commercial property law.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience with high quality commercial property transactions.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills.
• Proactive, motivated, confident in building client relationships and in business development.
• Experience supervising and developing junior colleagues.
