Location: Suffolk

Salary: £50,000 £70,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on acquisitions and disposals, investment portfolio transactions, and development projects
• Handle landlord and tenant matters, commercial leases, site acquisitions and option agreements
• Support corporate transactions with associated property elements
• Liaise with clients, agents and other professionals to provide commercially focused advice throughout the transaction process

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years' PQE as a commercial property solicitor
• Strong background in acquisitions, disposals, landlord/tenant matters and development work
• Excellent drafting, technical knowledge and client focused approach
• Commercially aware, proactive, with strong communication and prioritisation skills
