Job Description
Commercial Property Solicitor - Manchester £50k. The firm has a strong reputation in the regional market and acts for a broad range of commercial clients including landlords, developers, investors and corporate occupiers. It is known for delivering commercially focused advice and maintaining long standing client relationships.
Responsibilities- Acting for landlords and tenants on the grant of new leases
- Lease renewals and re gears
- Portfolio management work
- Supporting on acquisitions and disposals with a strong asset management focus
- Providing strategic, commercially minded advice to clients
- Managing your own files while working closely with senior lawyers on more complex transactions
- 3+ years' PQE in Commercial Property
- Strong landlord and tenant experience
- Comfortable managing matters with minimal supervision
- Commercially aware with strong client care skills
- Keen to get involved in business development
