Overview

Commercial Property Solicitor - We are currently assisting a leading law firm in Dublin who are looking to add a Commercial Property Solicitor to their growing real estate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2 - 4 years PQE in commercial property to develop their career within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property clients.
• Provide timely, quality legal advice across sales, purchases, leases, and agreements.
• Draft statutory notices under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
• Conduct legal research and prepare advice on property-related matters.
• Be involved in business development activities for the Property Team.

Qualifications / About You

• 2 - 4 years PQE in commercial property law.
• Strong experience in drafting complex lease, acquisition, and disposal agreements.
• Commercially aware with excellent client service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.
• Proficient with case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
