Salary: £47,000-£60,000 DOE

PQE Level: 1+ PQE

Our client is a leading regional law firm recognised for excellent work and clients throughout the Southeast.

The role involves a range of commercial property matters including sales and purchases, development and infrastructure projects, property finance and more. Duties include working closely with senior partners on larger high value matters and taking an active role in business development using firm resources and client contacts.

Responsibilities

• Commercial property transactions: sales and purchases, development and infrastructure projects, property finance.
• Collaborate with senior partners on high-value matters.
• Engage in business development activities, leveraging firm tools and building client contacts.

Qualifications

• 1+ PQE, specializing in commercial property.
• Strong experience in property transactions, finance, and development.
