Commercial Property Solicitor

My client is a legal 500, client-focused law firm located in the heart of Surrey, seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE to join their growing team.The Role: As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will work on a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
• Lease negotiations and renewals
• Investment property transactions
• Due diligence and advising on commercial landlord and tenant matters

You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior partners and clients, taking ownership of files and building your expertise within a supportive and collaborative environment.About You:

• 1-3 years PQE in commercial property, ideally with experience in both acquisitions/disposals and lease matters
• Strong academic and professional credentials
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Proactive, commercial-minded, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
