The Opportunity

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with the Commercial Property Partner on a wide range of matters for a diverse client base, including:

• SMEs and Limited Companies in sectors like retail and IT
• Small banks and building societies
• Occasional high-net-worth residential property transactions, referred from business clients

Your caseload will include:

• Sales, purchases and transfers of commercial property
• Landlord and Tenant matters, including lease negotiations
• Investment and development projects
• Handling leasehold and freehold transactions

What We're Looking For

You will be:

• A qualified Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in commercial property law
• Confident in managing a varied caseload independently
• Skilled in building and maintaining client relationships
• Proactive, with a strong focus on business development and growing the department
