The Role As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will take a hands-on approach to a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

• Sales and acquisitions
• Landlord and tenant transactions
• Acting for significant investors and tenants
• Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
• Advising on property finance and development matters

About You To be successful in this role, you will have: 3 years + PQE in commercial property law

• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Excellent client management and communication abilities
