Commercial Property Senior Solicitor (3-6 years')

A well-regarded Scottish practice is looking to appoint a Senior Solicitor to join its Commercial Property team in Edinburgh. The role offers high-quality transactional work, early responsibility and a supportive, flexible working environment.

The Role:

You will advise on a broad mix of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development and real estate finance. The position involves drafting and negotiating key documentation, managing your own matters efficiently and contributing to the development of junior colleagues. You will also help maintain strong client and agent relationships and support wider business development activities.

About You:

• 3+ years' PQE in commercial property
• Confident handling a varied real estate workload
• Clear communicator who enjoys collaborating within a team
• Organised, proactive and committed to delivering a positive client experience
• Previous supervisory experience is beneficial but not essential
