Commercial Property Solicitor, NQ-3 Years PQE, Northamptonshire, £Highly Competitive (DOE) - An exciting new opportunity for a junior Commercial Property Solicitor to join a friendly and supportive team. JOB REF: 0236

Responsibilities

1. Manage a busy caseload covering standard sales and purchases, Landlord and Tenant, and some development work.
2. Experience with Acquisition and Disposals, Development, Leases, Pension Property Purchases, Planning, Environmental, and Construction, along with residential development and Property Finance, is advantageous.
3. Maintain outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and work well within a team environment to meet tight deadlines.
