You will be dealing with a full and varied caseload of commercial property matters including commercial leases, commercial and residential development matters and also site acquisitions along with landlord and tenant advice.THE CANDIDATE:Working within an established team with a strong client base, the appointed Commercial Property Lawyer will be expected possess at least 12 months experience in conducting their own caseload of commercial property transactions within a busy work environment.
